 We’re looking for a Senior Customer and Industry Insights Analyst who can turn Boulevard’s data into clear, actionable stories about our customers and the self-care industry.
You’ll work side-by-side with marketing, business operations, product, customer success, and executive leadership to understand what consumers want, how merchants operate, and where the market is heading.
You’ll translate those findings into recurring insight packages, deep dives, and decision support that teams use to shape strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market.
This role focuses on insight generation and storytelling over heavy taxonomy or data-engineering work.
You’ll shape narratives, build visuals that make sense, and surface privacy-safe aggreg.
