Tasks Own and operate Meta and Google Ads across our brands day-to-day Run structured creative and audience tests: weekly, not quarterly Translate CMO strategy into campaign execution Set up and maintain clean tracking & attribution (Shopify, GA4) Analyze performance and turn data into decisions fast Scale winning campaigns while keeping CAC in check.

Requisitos

Hands-on Meta Ads and Google Ads experience — non-negotiable D2C or e-commerce background You execute, you own, you deliver — no hand-holding needed Data-driven: you pull the numbers yourself and know what they mean Shopify experience a plus
