Tasks As the Business Development Representative, you will make a lasting impact by driving the growth of the company through strategic client acquisition and relationship-building.

Your efforts will shape the future of our sales approach, creating a scalable foundation that supports long-term success.

🎖️What Success Looks Like In your first month You will utilise cold calling, personalized emails, networking, and leverage industry events to drive sales.

You will develop and implement sales processes and procedures that can be scaled as the company grows.

By 3 months You will conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the unique value proposition of our software solution.

You will collaborate with the product development team to ensure that our software meets the needs of our clients and stays ahead of the competition.

By 6 months You will create a structured, professional sales strategy that aligns with the company’s values and mission, transitioning from a founder-driven approach to a scalable, team-oriented model.

You will execute sales strategies, including identifying target clients, creating sales pipelines, and closing deals.

You will build relationships with key decision-makers, and develop a deep understanding of their business needs, process.
