Tasks Market Analysis: You identify potential companies through targeted market research and analysis.
Business Development: You proactively reach out to prospective clients, present your service portfolio, and secure new business partnerships.
Consultative Selling: You advise your points of contact regarding their hiring needs and focus on building long-term professional relationships.
Candidate Presentation: You present qualified candidates to your corporate clients and manage the end-to-end interview process.
Process Management: You take full ownership of the entire recruitment cycle, right through to the final contract negotiations and closing.
Experience: Initial practical experience in Sales, Recruitment, or Customer Service is an advantage, but not a requirement (entry-level candidates are welcome).
