Labcorp is seeking a Customer Service Support Representative on the Labcorp OnDemand Customer Service Team.

  Work Hours  7:30am EST – 6:00pm EST 4 days/week with a rotating day off Job Duties/.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent 1 year or more customer service experience Preferred Qualifications Associates degree 1 year or more experience in a contact center or call center 1 year or more experience in the healthcare industry 1 year or more bilingual English and Spanish Additional Job Standards Skilled in navigating multiple systems concurrently with strong computer competency and typing proficiency of 35 WPM or higher Ability to independently identify and take basic troubleshooting steps to resolve technical issues Flexible and the ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly Strong verbal and written communication
