In this role, you will build the talent engine that directly accelerates our product delivery and business objectives.

You won't just be filling roles; you will build a predictable, high-quality talent funnel that gives SumUp a competitive edge.

Your success will be measured by your ability to secure the critical technical expertise that fuels our innovation.

What you'll do: Serve as a key advisor to Engineering, Product, Design, Supply Chain and Logistics leadership, utilizing market intelligence and hiring data to consult on talent strategy, shape role.

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust and predictable talent funnel for current and future needs, reducing time-to-hire and ensuring a consistent flow of high-caliber candidates.

Drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle with a relentless focus on performance metrics, including quality of hire, pipeline velocity, and offer acceptance rates.

Continuously refine and scale our recruitment processes to maximise efficiency, improve hiring outcomes, and deliver a best-in-class experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

• Lead data-informed employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns that measurably increase the quality of our inbound applicant pool for critical tech roles.

• Own the candidate journey from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring every interaction is optimised to engage, attract, and convert top-tier talent.
