The role involves implementing, installing, configuring, and providing ongoing support for customer solutions that utilize Hospitality software and related platforms.
This role also requires extensive (50% - 60%) travel to promote a strong team environment to ensure successful software implementation.
This is a client-facing role, representing Infor´s commitment to product support while collaborating with professional services and support personnel to ensure quality product and service delivery.
The ideal candidate should have previous hotel operations experience capable of configuring and implementing primarily our property management system.
A Day in the Life Typically Includes: Implement, install, configure, and support customer solutions, including server OS and Hospitality software installation/upgrades.
Provide on-site transitional support during software go-live.
Communicate project status timely to customers and Infor teams.
Complete all project documentation as per Infor guidelines.
Adhere to project schedules, including travel, training, meetings, and conference calls.
Assist with installation and training documentation updates.
