Role OverviewWe’re seeking a hands-on, AI-fluent, data-driven professional to set up, manage, and optimize Helix campaigns and digital positioning.

You’ll focus on operational excellence: executing campaigns across digital platforms and touchpoints; ensuring seamless CRM integration; measuring performance; and advising the marketing & sales teams on refining messaging for Helix’s target audiences and ideal customer profiles (ICPs) based on insights & analytics.

Key ResponsibilitiesOmnichannel Campaign Execution Campaign Management: Set up, launch, and manage campaigns across owned, earned, paid, and social channels—primarily Sanity, LinkedIn, and X.

Platform Operations: Operate directly in CRM (HubSpot) and digital platforms to ensure flawless campaign delivery, partnering with product marketing & sales/business development to merge in-platform insights with strategic positioning and on-the-ground feedback.

  Market Intelligence: Monitor media, policy, and competitive trends that shape opportunities with key stakeholders and ICPs.

Infrastructure: Drive innovation in marketing approaches, influencing the marketing tech stack with emerging technologies and platforms that drive customer awareness and adoption.

  • Performance and Optimization KPI Tracking: Track, measure, and report on campaign and channel performance, defining marketing ROI to optimize resource allocation.

Strategic Reporting: Build dashboards that translate data into clear insights for leadership and internal teams.

Testing & Refinement: Run A/B tests and recommend optimizations to creativ.
