What you'll own: Build and own the full sales pipeline — prospecting, outreach, demos, negotiation, and close Farm every account you close: onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion Set up the sales tech stack — CRM, outreach sequences, playbooks — aligned with the CEO Refine the ICP and pitch based on what's winning in the market Maintain transparent pipeline and revenue forecasting for the leadership team Feed customer insight back into the product roadmap through a structured feedback loop.
