We are looking for a Senior GenAI Developer to help define and drive their artificial intelligence strategy.
This is a senior individual-contributor role with significant influence over technology choices, system design, and the practical deployment of AI capabilities into their products.
You will work with a small, highly skilled engineering team and have direct exposure to enterprise clients whose workflows you will be transforming.
Our products process and generate German-language content — making both your technical depth and your engagement with the language especially valuable.
Tasks Design and implement GenAI features — including RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and LLM integrations — in production Evaluate, fine-tune, and deploy large language models for domain-specific use cases Architect robust, scalable AI systems that meet enterprise reliability and compliance.
