The Web Application Software Engineer will leverage their strong technical background and knowledge to design, develop, and integrate web-based applications supporting tactical situational awareness and mission operations.

You will build user-facing and service-based web applications that integrate with the TAK ecosystem to provide real-time data access, visualization, and decision support.

Responsabilidades

include but are not limited to: Designing, developing, and maintaining web applications supporting the TAK ecosystem while implementing TAK standards and integration patterns

• Developing front-end components using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks alongside back-end services and APIs.

Integrating applications with TAK servers, APIs, and external data sources to enable real-time and near-real-time data visualization.

• Developing applications that function in degraded, denied, intermittent, and limited (D-DIL) environments while optimizing for low bandwidth.

Implementing application-level controls aligned to DoD Zero Trust Strategy and NIST SP 800-207 to enforce identity-based access control.

Working with all stakeholders to ensure complete and funct.
