Your Mission You own the pipeline.
Your job is to build and run targeted campaigns that turn engineering leaders at enterprise accounts into qualified opportunities.
You'll work closely with sales to define account strategies, design multi-touch campaigns (digital, events, content syndication, and ABM), and measure what actually converts.
You also provide strategic direction for two to three flagship-owned events per year (CUBE, INAI), working with an external agency that handles execution.
This is a small, senior marketing team.
You won't have layers between you and impact.
What You'll Do Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns targeting automotive, defense, and industrial accounts, primarily in DACH and Europe.
Build the ABM strategy for SPREAD's top-tier enterprise accounts.
Define the strategy for our owned events and ensure the external agency delivers on-brand.
Represent SPREAD at industry events, trade shows, and conferences where engineering leaders gather.
Your Experience 5+ years in B2B demand generation marketing at a technical SaaS or engineering software company.
An engineering degree or deep experience in marketing to engineers.
