What are we looking for? At Axel Hotels, we are recruiting a Receptionist to join our hotel in Berlin.

Mission: To promote maximum guest satisfaction and well-being while staying at the hotel by adhering to department and hotel standards and procedures, while simultaneously generating business by actively promoting both upselling and cross-selling within the hotel and outside of the hotel at other Axel hotels.

Requisitos

: · Minimum of 2 years' experience as a receptionist in a similar hotel category. · Advanced English and German are essential. · Other languages ​​are highly valued. · Experience with the Tesipro / Ulyses Cloud system is a plus
