 Join us in redefining the future of wellbeing! THE OPPORTUNITY We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Engineer in our People team in Brazil! This is a Remote – Brazil position, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country.
Please note that this role is only open to candidates in Brazil.
 As a Data-Driven Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment processes for non-technical roles, ensuring we bring top-tier talent into Wellhub.
You will act as a strategic partner to our hiring managers, leveraging advanced data analytics (including Power BI, Tableau, and funnel metrics) to drive innovative sourcing strategies and enable the best hiring decisions.
Beyond execution, you will be an early adopter of AI technologies, integrating them into your daily workflow to optimize job descriptions, candidate ranking, and process efficiency.
This role is pivotal in scaling our teams through a "people-first" approach while utilizing market intelligence to ensure we remain competitive in a global landscape.
