About the Role At Fortis, we believe that sustainable growth is driven by a deep understanding of how players discover, evaluate, and engage with our games.
As an ASO Specialist, you will play a key role within our Player Growth organization, owning and evolving our app store strategy across multiple titles.
You will operate across the full growth funnel — from discoverability and search visibility to store conversion and alignment with in-game experiences — ensuring our presence in the App Store and Google Play reflects both player behavior and product evolution.
This role sits at the intersection of User Acquisition, Product Marketing, Creative, and Game Teams.
You will help connect paid and organic growth into a unified strategy, while also introducing AI-driven workflows to scale experimentation, insights, and execution.
What you’ll achieve Drive organic growth and discoverability across the Fortis portfolio by developing and evolving keyword strategies, metadata frameworks, and store positioning that capture player intent at scale.
