We're hiring a Strategy & Investment Manager to own studio-level strategy and capital raising across Bifrost Defence and its portfolio companies.
You'll develop the strategic roadmap, produce investor-grade materials, run fundraise processes, and represent Bifrost to institutional investors, government stakeholders, and defence industry partners.
This is a hands-on operating role for someone who can think at the board level and still send the follow-up email.
Tasks Develop and maintain the studio's strategic roadmap: portfolio construction, thesis refinement, market positioning, and venture maturity frameworks.
Produce investor-grade strategy materials, financial models, and board-ready analyses that drive decision-making across the portfolio.
Build and run fundraise processes from first outreach to close, both at the fund level and for portfolio ventures raising seed and Series A rounds.
Represent Bifrost Defence to LPs, institutional investors, government stakeholders, and defence industry partners.
Not preparing materials for someone else to present, but owning the room.
Identify and develop strategic partnerships that accelerate the studio's positioning in European defence.
