You deliver into all four, and your field feedback rewrites them: 1.
Digital Twin: A live model of a customer's entire energy system: power grid, gas, steam at multiple pressure levels, cold/hot water, waste heat recovery, self-generation, batteries.
Smart meter and OPC UA integrations.
Calibrated to the customer's reality.
Decision Hub:** The investment-and-strategy layer.
Designer scenarios, business cases, what-if analyses, roadmap planning across the customer's portfolio.
Operation Hub: Cross-market, cross-plant live optimization.
Day Ahead, Intraday Continuous, balancing energy.
Calculates the internal merit order across the entire plant fleet, feeds prices and volumes into flex-marketer partners.
The Autonomous Agent: The science fiction layer.
Builds Digital Twins autonomously.
Reads single-line diagrams, parses SharePoints, asks the right person for missing time series, researches component parameters, runs optimizations, finds savings in €/ton, uncovers contradictions in source data, and reports back.
