Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and integrate AI-powered applications, workflows, and automation systemsDevelop LLM-based tools, AI agents, chatbots, and internal productivity solutionsIntegrate OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or other generative AI APIs into business systemsDesign AI automation solutions for operations, sales, customer support, recruiting, and productivity use casesBuild and improve RAG systems, document search tools, and knowledge-based AI applicationsWork with APIs, databases, cloud services, and third-party platformsOptimize prompts, workflows, outputs, and AI interactions for accuracy and usabilityCollaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver scalable AI solutionsTroubleshoot and improve AI workflows, including handling edge cases, errors, and unreliable outputsHelp ensure AI solutions are practical, secure, and aligned with business needsStrong Python experienceHands-on experience with OpenAI APIs or other LLM platformsExperience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworksExperience building AI-powered applications, automations, or workflow toolsStrong API integration experienceUnderstanding of prompts, structured outputs, embeddings, RAG, and AI workflow designExperience working with cloud infrastructure or backend systemsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentStrong English communication skillsComfortable working with international teams a.
