HR Program Manager  Global Knowledge is seeking an experienced HR Program Manager to help shape and deliver people programs that support business growth, with a focus on talent acquisition, early careers, and apprenticeships.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with leaders, hiring managers, and external partners to build practical, scalable processes, improve the candidate and employee experience, and make sure delivery stays aligned to business needs.

Responsabilidades

: Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of people programs that support business growth, with a focus on talent acquisition, early careers, and apprenticeships

Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs, turn demand into effective recruitment plans, and provide guidance that supports business priorities.

Establish and deliver an early careers recruitment program across the business, including apprenticeships, graduate hiring, and entry-level talent.

• Manage the Apprenticeship Service account and ensure compliance with apprenticeship.
