Fluent English (C1 level or higher) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Previous experience with airline reservation software is an advantage Previous customer service experience Previous experience in hospitality, reservations, airlines   Strong attention to detail and customer care orientation Ability to work remotely and independently Flexibility to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment
