To support the company’s continued growth, we are looking for a Finance and Administration Officer to join our Munich team.
This is a permanent, 40% role in Germany working either remotely or based in our office in Munich.
You will be reporting directly to the group’s COO.
Tasks Day-to-day bookkeeping for the German and Swiss entities, working closely with external accountants in both jurisdictions Processing accounts payable and receivable, including invoice management and payment runs Supporting payroll coordination with external payroll providers Assisting with the preparation of management accounts and internal financial reporting Supporting the group's budgeting and liquidity monitoring processesGeneral administrative support across the group, including document management, correspondence, and coordination tasks as required.
