As Sales Director, Energy Segment, you will be a vital part of Arxada’s Material Protection business, leading and expanding our global Energy segment.
In this highly visible role, you will shape and execute the global commercial strategy, build deep and trusted customer partnerships across the energy value chain, and drive profitable, sustainable growth.
You will collaborate closely across functions to deliver differentiated solutions that support customer performance, reliability, and sustainability objectives, while helping Arxada go beyond today’s challenges to build long-term value.
Essential Job Functions: Own and execute the global commercial strategy for the energy segment, aligned with Material Protection and corporate growth objectives, delivering revenue, volume, margin, and contribution targets Lead, coach, and develop a geographically diverse sales and account management team, fostering a high‑performance, customer‑centric culture grounded in collaboration, grit, and accountability Serve as executive sponsor for strategic Energy customers, leading senior‑level engagements, joint business planning, and long‑term partnership discussions across operators, OEMs, EPCs, and industrial end users.
