Role: This role will be project focussed, to sell the entire range of products which Polypipe Building Services offer into the commercial market.
The product ranges include above ground drainage, water supply systems, advantage fabrication systems and all associated building services products/services.
Area: North East, areas such as Sheffield up to Newcastle.
We are happy to discuss this role with candidates who do not come directly from a sales background and are looking to get into sales.
Candidates who come from a commercial / maintenance / plumbing / installer background who are also interested in getting into sales will be considered.

Key Accountabilities: Responsibility to deliver expected conversion rates on a select number of projects following a cradle to grave approach in collaboration with the wider sales team Liaising with all key stake holders on new projects, while documenting progress and activities on all personally assigned opportunities Effective and forward diary planning Managing Contractor terms and agreements, including regular reviews on levels and spend to justify terms Providing first line technical dialogue and information to your selected customer base Liaising with clients and dealing with objections Dealing with all incoming enquiries quickly and providing excellent customer service to our customers All reporting is to be completed weekly on the CRM system Identifying incremental growth oppor.
