Divisional Clinical Manager – Hospice (RN) BAYADA HOME HEALTH CARE is seeking a full-time Divisional Clinical Manager (RN) to support our New Jersey hospice division.
This is a unique pilot leadership opportunity for an experienced hospice clinician to partner across five New Jersey offices, helping elevate clinical quality, strengthen documentation and compliance, and support office-based clinical leaders in delivering exceptional end-of-life care.

What You’ll Do As the Divisional Clinical Manager – Hospice, you will: Partner across five New Jersey hospice offices to support clinical quality, consistency, and regulatory readiness Conduct chart reviews Support complete, accurate, and timely clinical documentation through ongoing review and coaching, which aligns with the core hospice Clinical Manager.
