We are seeking a passionate and driven Regional Sales Manager to lead the commercial team, support the growth, adoption, and clinical excellence of our Heart Failure portfolio dedicated to CardioMEMs making it the standard of care.
As a result of significant expansion this is a brand-new opportunity.
Region of responsibility: North UK (from Birmingham up to Scotland) Ideal candidate locations: Sheffield / Leeds / Manchester What you’ll do Generate new CardioMEMS business and grow existing accounts within the assigned region (North/South).
Market & Growth Strategy Identify market opportunities and drive regional growth plans aligned to revenue targets.
Set clear sales objectives and translate them into actionable plans with Territory Managers.
Sales Execution & Account Management Drive execution of account strategies to achieve sales targets.
Foster a culture of accountability, feedback, and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement Build strong relationships with key customers, KOLs, and healthcare stakeholders.
Governance & Compliance Ensure all activities meet ethical, legal, and regulatory standards.
