:Ending customer-reported bugs / by building an internal safety net that catches critical issues before releaseTriage and reproduce incoming bug reports, and trace issues across logs, API calls, and session replaysTest features in active development and run a regression suite before every releaseEstablish QA sign-off as a standard part of the release processBuilding the quality infrastructure from scratch / by defining the strategy, automation, and processes the team currently lacksDefine the testing strategy, standards, workflows, and documentation from the ground upDesign and implement an automation framework covering UI, API, and regression suitesIncrementally grow automated coverage of the highest-risk flows without disrupting deliveryMaking quality a shared team capability / by embedding QA thinking across the development lifecycleTrack and report quality metrics so reliability is visible to the whole teamTranslate customer bug reports into actionable test cases and durable coverageBring quality into

Requisitos

and design, not just release sign-offExperience as the first or only QA engineer at a company or within a team - you have built a QA function from scratch, not inherited oneExperience testing complex third-party integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, external data providers, or similar) where your application depends heavily on responses you don't controlExperience shipping test automation from zero - not just maintaining an existing frameworkStrong hands-on manual and exploratory testing
