Responsabilidades

: Providing clear, commercial legal advice to internal stakeholders

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial and supplier contracts.

• Supporting regulatory and marketing compliance.

• Maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders across teams.

Calificaciones

: 3-6 years of significant transactional experience, preferably in an in-house environment, working on a wide variety of commercial contracts.

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts in an in-house setting.

Confidence working with internal stakeholders and external advisers.

Issue spotting and contract planning.

Must have full Australian working rights and be eligible to practice in Australia.
