About the Role We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist / A/B Tester to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying conversion opportunities, developing testing strategies, executing A/B and multivariate tests, and driving measurable improvements across our e-commerce websites.

You will work closely with our marketing, design, and development teams to optimize customer journeys and improve overall business performance through experimentation and data-driven decision-making.

Responsabilidades

Plan, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across landing pages, product pages, checkout flows, and other key customer touchpoints

Identify conversion opportunities through quantitative and qualitative data analysis.

  • Develop hypotheses and testing roadmaps focused on increasing conversion rates, revenue, and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketers to implement and evaluate test variations.
