The role You start by running the marketing machine.

Campaign execution, CRM operations, funnel management, contractor coordination - these are yours from day one.

You'll work directly with the founders and have real ownership of what ships and what doesn't.

But this isn't a dead-end execution role.

As you prove yourself, you take on more: shaping campaigns, testing new channels, coordinating our expansion into international markets.

The ceiling is as high as your output.

What we need first is someone who delivers.

Consistently, reliably, without being chased.

What we want long-term is someone who grows into owning the full marketing operation.

Tasks What you own from day one Campaign execution Run Meta campaigns end to end: ad scripts, budget management, performance iteration.

You do not brief an agency.

You run it yourself.

Track funnel performance: landing pages, email sequences, call conversion rate.

You test and improve.

CRM and automation Own CRM operations: automation, lead scoring, sequences, hygiene.

You keep the system clean and working.
