We are seeking a Key Account Manager to develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers across Poland, drive sales growth, and support the execution of strategic initiatives within our healthcare portfolio
Location: the South of Poland, preferably from the Silesian or Lesser Poland Key.
Responsabilidades
Build and manage long-term relationships with hospitals and medical institutions
Maximize order intake, sales results, and price realization.
Identify business opportunities within the assigned portfolio and provide value‑adding solutions.
- Support the development and execution of local marketing strategies for H&AM.
Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
Monitor KPIs and maintain accurate CRM data.
Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth cooperation with key customers.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to address complex customer needs and ensure high satisfaction.
Requisitos
University degree (medical background is a plus)
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in capital equipment or healthcare.
Strong knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.
Excellent negotiation and communication.
Habilidades
Good command of English and Polish.
High business acumen and ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel intensively.
Experience with CRM, market analysis, and creating sales proposals is an advantage.
