You’ll ensure that our platform is set up correctly for each customer and that they understand how to use it in their day-to-day work.
Tasks Customer Support & Success: Manage support tickets and coordinate regular check-ins with our client accounts.
Client Onboarding: Support the onboarding of new customers, helping them set up and integrate our platform (project management).
Platform Configuration: Assist in configuring client-specific settings and workflows within our compliance automation platform.
Authority Communication: Communicate with social security and labor law authorities regarding international work and travel compliance.
Process Improvement: Identify and help implement improvements to internal operational processes and documentation.
