Your ResponsibilitiesSupport merchants via email and phone and assist them with questions related to the presentation of their offers on idealo.
Monitor and review product data feeds in CSV and XML formats to ensure data quality and completeness.
Investigate technical issues using internal tools and support the resolution of listing and feed-related problems.
Process incoming support requests in a structured manner and maintain clear documentation of actions taken.
