In Portugal, our regulatory team plays a direct role in bringing innovative crop protection products to market - and keeping them there.
We're looking for a Country Regulatory Manager (CRM) to own the full registration lifecycle for our Portuguese product portfolio.
Reporting to the Regulatory Head Portugal, this is a hands-on, expert role with real influence: you'll be the bridge between Syngenta's European regulatory strategy and Portugal's national authorities.
What you'll do Lead the planning and submission of registration, re-registration, and extension applications for crop protection products in Portugal, ensuring compliance with EU and national.
Oversee regulatory compliance across labels, databases, and registration records (active substances, production sites, packaging, co-formulants).
Coordinate national-specific actions including minor uses, emergency registrations, and label extensions.
Advise the commercial business on regulatory trends, portfolio risks, and competitive landscape changes in Portugal.
Build and maintain productive relationships with national authorities (DGAV, DGE, DGS) and evaluation experts from the Minist.
