As a Founding Full Stack Engineer, you will work directly with the founders and help turn early deployments into a repeatable product.

Tasks Develop and implement AI models for local inference that integrate seamlessly with customer-controlled environments, ensuring data privacy and security.

Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, troubleshoot deployment issues, and iterate on solutions to meet evolving business needs.
Contribute to shaping the engineering culture of the company by embracing values of accountability, innovation, and teamwork, while fostering a learning environment.
Proven experience in designing and implementing AI and machine learning systems, preferably in data infrastructure and analytics.
Strong programming.
Experience with deploying AI solutions in customer-controlled environments, ensuring data security and complia.
