As a Founding Full Stack Engineer, you will work directly with the founders and help turn early deployments into a repeatable product.
This is an office-first, hands-on role for someone who wants to build core product and infrastructure from the ground up.
Tasks Design, develop, and maintain scalable AI infrastructure solutions that integrate seamlessly with customer-controlled environments.
Implement secure data connectors and permission-aware retrieval systems to ensure compliance with audit and data protection standards.
Optimize local inference processes and implement open-source models to enhance AI performance within customer ecosystems.
Participate in code reviews, provide technical guidance, and contribute to building a culture of learning and innovation within the engineering team.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience in full stack development, with proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies.
Experience with deploying and maintaining AI models in local environments, including familiarity with open-source AI frameworks and libraries.
Strong understanding of data security and privacy best practices, particularly in relation to handling sensitive information within enterprise environments.
