We’re looking for a hands-on Senior QA Manager - Mobile Games to join our talented and passionate team.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring every release meets the highest quality standards, from early concept to global launch.
As the quality owner for one of our largest mobile puzzle games, you’ll drive release quality across iOS and Android, establish scalable QA processes, push test automation forward, and work closely with developers, product managers, and external QA partners to deliver a world-class player experience.
*Qualified Candidates are expected to complete an Assignment*For this position the candidate should be based in EuropeYour Role:Own QA for one of our largest live mobile games across iOS and AndroidEnsure high-quality releases through effective test planning, execution, regression testing, and staged rollout supportDefine practical QA coverage for devices, OS versions, store builds, SDKs, ads, IAPs, analytics, and remote configIdentify, prioritize, and document issues with clear, actionable bug reportsDrive QA automation and continuously improve testing efficiency and coverageCollaborate closely with developers, product managers, and external QA partnersMonitor live quality, investigate crashes, ANRs, performance issues, and prevent regressionsProvide clear release readiness assessments and go/no-go recommendationsMaintain test documentation, release reports, and changelogs in Jira & ConfluenceChampion a quality-first mindset across the teamYour profile:4+ years of QA experience in mobile games, ideally on live-operated F2P titlesStrong expertise in mobile testing across iOS and Android, including Google Play and App Store release flows, TestFlight, different testing tracks, and staged rolloutsExperience testing mobile F2P monetization flows: ads, IAPs, consent/ATT, attribution, analytics, SDKs, and remote configExperience with QA automation, Unity games, and modern QA tools and workflowsExperience with crash reporting and monitoring tools (e.
