As our first dedicated Data Engineer, you'll build the foundation that allows us to scale - cleanly, reliably, and without adding operational chaos.
Right now, our data lives in silos across tools, teams, and processes.
Manual work fills the gaps, and that's a bottleneck we need to solve.
You'll design and own the infrastructure that changes that: a single source of truth that powers decisions across Risk, Finance, Product, and Operations.
You'll work closely with our Engineering, Product, Risk, and Finance teams, as well as directly with our leadership, to understand what data they need and make sure they can actually use it.
Tasks Your Mission Build and maintain robust data pipelines across all core systems Design and implement our company data warehouse from the ground up Integrate data from internal systems, APIs, and third-party tools Ensure data reliability, consistency, and accessibility across the company Enable teams with clean, structured data for faster and better decision-making Define data ownership, naming conventions, and quality standards that scale.
