Tasks Identify and qualify new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients through various channels such as phone, email, and social media.
Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to effectively tailor pitches and presentations.
Participate in networking events, trade shows, and webinars to build relationships with key stakeholders and enhance the company’s visibility within the staffing and recruiting industry.
Proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably within the staffing and recruiting industry.
Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and the ability to connect with Gen Z tal.
