Join GENZ4GTM, , as a Business Development Representative based in Berlin.

We are on a mission to connect ambitious Gen Z talent with go-to-market teams, emphasizing mindset over traditional CVs.

This role seeks a native German speaker with C2 proficiency who will be instrumental in driving business growth and building strong relationships with our clients.

With an attractive €70k OTE package, you will be at the forefront of redefining recruiting for GTM roles.

Tasks Identify and qualify new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients through various channels such as phone, email, and social media.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for targeting Gen Z talent and expanding the company's market presence in Germany.

Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to effectively tailor pitches and presentations.

  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information regarding leads, prospects, and client interactions to ensure efficient follow-up and communication.

Participate in networking events, trade shows, and webinars to build relationships with key stakeholders and enhance the company’s visibility within the staffing and recruiting industry.

Requisitos

Native proficiency in German (C2 level) with excellent communication

Habilidades

in English

Proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably within the staffing and recruiting industry.

Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and the ability to connect with Gen Z tal.
