The Role: We are looking for a Senior PCB Design Engineer with strong EDA library ownership and advanced high鈥憇peed board design experience to drive the implementation of our next鈥慻eneration data center accelerator platforms.
In this role, you will be responsible for the complete PCB design process, from library definition and design rules, through floorplanning, routing, and tape鈥憃ut, while collaborating closely with Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) experts to define layer stacks, PDN strategies, and constraints.
This is a hands鈥憃n, technically demanding role focused on very high鈥慸ensity, high鈥憀ayer鈥慶ount boards, pushing the limits of power delivery, memory integration, and high鈥憇peed interfaces, using Siemens Xpedition as the primary design environment.

: 路 Design and layout complex, high鈥憀ayer鈥慶ount PCBs for accelerator and data center platforms 路 Own and maintain EDA libraries (symbols, footprints, padstacks, constraints) 路 Define routing constraints and complex design rules for high鈥憇peed and high鈥憄ower designs 路 Collaborate with SI/PI teams on layer stack鈥憉ps, impedance control, and PDN design 路 Collaborate with mechanical and thermal experts to ensure design integration 路 Drive designs from concept through tape鈥憃ut, including manufacturing deliverables 路 Support DFM reviews, board bring鈥憉p, and hardware debug activities Required
Calificaciones
