Translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications.

• Manage requirement changes and ensure proper documentation and communication.

• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization activities.

• Ensure that product requirements are fully understood by the development team.

Project Coordination & Stakeholder Management Act as the primary coordination point between founders, developers, designers, and external partners.

Track progress, identify blockers, and proactively follow up on open tasks.

• Ensure transparency regarding project status, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.

Facilitate alignment between business goals and technical implementation.

Prepare and participate in sprint reviews, demos, and planning sessions.

Quality Assurance & Testing Coordinate testing activities across releases and feature deployments.

• Support feature validation and acceptance testing.

• Ensure implemented features meet business requirements and quality standards.

Track bugs and issues until resolution and verify fixes before release.

Technical Collaboration Work closely with frontend, backend, and mobile development teams.
