Head of Partner Network, EMEA

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and execution-focused Partner Network Head, EMEA to lead and scale our manufacturing partner ecosystem specifically within the EMEA market (Mainland Europe, UK, Turkey).

This role is critical to strengthening and expanding our supply base in EMEA, ensuring partner success, and enabling the fulfillment of customer orders for both local and global demand.

You will be responsible for driving partner acquisition, onboarding, and performance management to create and run a resilient, high-performing network.

As part of the International Partner Network leadership team, you drive improvements much beyond EMEA, especially in collaboration with our network leaders in China and India Key.

Responsabilidades

: Partner Acquisition & Growth (EMEA Market) Lead strategic acquisition efforts to expand Xometry’s partner network throughout India Develop and execute regional go-to-market plans to identify and onboard high-quality partners across CNC machining, 3D printing, sheet metal, and injection molding Establish efficient onboarding and training programs to ensure EMEA partners are equipped to succeed on the Xometry platform.Partner Success & Performance Management Implement scalable frameworks to monitor and improve partner performance across metrics such as quality, delivery, and responsiveness Establish feedback loops and continuous improvement programs to elevate the capabilities of local manufacturing partners Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to address performance gaps and enhance service delivery Fulfillment & Network Optimization Align EMEA partner supply with gl...
