Position Summary Safe Haven Security is seeking a Builder Sales Support Admin (BSS Admin) to join our organization.
As a BSS Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting the division’s sales through handling call traffic and managing the resolution and maintenance of finalized customer accounts.
This role is 100% remote, and its primary duties will include taking calls and other administrative duties as assigned for the Builder Concierge Sales team.
In this role you will: Engage with customers to facilitate the maintenance of accounts and guiding call traffic Maintain a streamlined workflow for managing tickets, voicemails, reports, and call queues Serve as an authentic voice to help resolve our customers’ needs To be successful in this role, you should have: Exceptional communication and de-escalation.
