Tasks You’ll be the third member of our customer support team.
As the first point of contact for our users, you'll help them get the most out of the product, solve issues quickly, and feed insights back into the team.
This is a hands-on role with direct exposure to users, product, and how things actually work behind the scenes.
What you’ll do: Respond to user questions across email, chat, and community channels Troubleshoot issues and help users get unstuck quickly Identify patterns in user feedback and flag recurring issues Work closely with product and engineering to improve the user experience Help build and refine support processes, FAQs, and documentation.
