Legal Consultant – Technology (Part-time)

We are currently seeking a lawyer with technology law/commercial contracts experience to work with our F500 clients on a part-time basis:.

Working side by side with the legal and business teams of our F500 clients to provide support related to technology law/ commercial contracts Drafting and negotiating a wide range of tech-related commercial agreements across various business lines Maintaining and updating documentation with most recent regulatory
