for this role will include: Working side by side with the legal and business teams of our F500 clients to support internal stakeholders in line with their company goals Providing practical, commercially tailored legal advice across various business lines Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of tech-related agreements (e.g. inbound / outbound licensing agreements, software development contracts, services and consulting agreements, IT and business process outsourcing agreements, or SaaS agreements) Advising on legal issues associated with the development, implementation and use of existing / new technology products and services where required Compensation,
