Legal Consultant – Commercial Contracts

We are currently seeking a Legal Consultant - Commercial Contracts to work with our F500 clients.

Responsabilidades

: Working side by side with the legal and business teams of our F500 clients to provide commercially tailored support Providing practical legal advice on transactional matters while aligning with business goals and initiatives Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and other agreements across various business lines Maintaining and updating documentation with most recent regulatory
