This is a fast-paced and excisting role and would suit someone who has a passion for entertainment travel, as our clients are major players in the Music, Advertising, TV and Film industries.
As an Entertainment Travel Consultant, you will Plan and sell a range of travel services, including air and ground transport, accommodation, and other related travel services Provide expert consultation and manage the flight reservation process, ticket issuance, and reissues Fully service all enquiries, requests, bookings and ticketing to BCD standards Support and action any post-booking queries, rectifying any requested changes and efficiently processing reissues Be able to work well and remain calm under pressure, with excellent attention to detail Anticipate and provide proactive assistance on potential challenges that may arise for the client Understand and accurately support talent movements with confidence and confidentiality Be able to manage location and large group movements and confidently manage multiple complex itineraries Willingly support team members within and across teams Understand and accurately apply travel supplier rules Adhere to client and BCD Media & Entertainment policies and procedures to maintain quality control Perform other duties as assigned.
