Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) – Germany Location Mannheim or Bochum, Germany Reporting Line Direct report to the Group HR Director based in France.

Our presence in Germany has grown significantly in recent years through targeted expansion and the integration of Penta Services.
We are now accelerating our development in this market through a major acquisition currently underway, which will further strengthen our position and support our long-term growth ambitions in the region.
About the Role We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our German subsidiary of approximately 60 employees across two sites located in Mannheim and Bochum.
As a key member of the HR function, you will act as the main HR point of contact for local managers and employees, ensuring effective HR operations while supporting business growth and employee engagement in compliance with German labor law.
